Lifewise Gym
The Lifewise Gymnasium provides excellent facilities at an affordable price through an exclusive hire arrangement. Maximum of 15 attendees.
Facilities include:
- Fully air-conditioned
- Cardiovascular and resistance machines
- An extensive range of free weights equipment, Olympic bar lifting, urethane dumbbell sets, power racks and a Smith machine
- One of the heaviest cable crossovers in Dorset

Our sports hall, also located in the main building on Westover Road, is the only full-service sports hall for hire in central Bournemouth. Its fantastic town centre location makes it both easy to get to and ideal for socialising after sports practice.
Ideal for:

• Badminton
• Short Tennis
• Dodge Ball
• Fitness/Circuit Classes
Prices:
- £10.00 per hour (up to 4 individuals)
- £20.00 per hour (maximum or 32 individuals)

The Junction Gym
A few years ago, the Junction’s gymnasium was fully refurbished and modernised. The Junction’s manager Martin Stockley was delighted to welcome AFC Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe to the centre to open the new facility.
