IOSH Working Safely

Course Contents

This course runs for seven hours, between 9.00am – 5.00pm and can serve a maximum of 16 people.

• Improves overall safety performance
• Ability to define hazards/risks
• Checklists/Materials supplied for workplace

Prerequisites

This qualification is available to those over 16 years. No previous knowledge is required, although it is recommended that learners have a minimum of Level one literacy and numeracy or equivalent.

About the Qualification

YMCA Bournemouth has teamed with Quadrant Safety Ltd, registered with regulated qualifications framework (RQF) as an authorised training centre, to deliver this nationally recognised qualification.

Re-qualification is recommended after three years. For more information about this qualification, click here.

Memorable and thought-provoking facts and case studies will be all backed up with key point learning, ensuring each individual has the knowledge and tools required to work safety.

Attendees should remember to bring one form of photographic ID e.g. passport, driving licence, or two forms of non-photographic ID e.g. birth certificate, utility bill.
